In these difficult times I hope that you, your family and your friends remain safe and well.

Our primary focus is to continue to provide you with the support you need at this time and I want to reassure you that our objective is to continue to help you manage your printing and related solutions throughout the coming weeks.

As the Corona virus has an ever-growing impact on our colleagues our RDS staff are now predominately working from home. The team is fully set up to communicate with you and to provide you with support so that you experience no degradation in service. We have also taken a number of other steps to ensure that we maintain our service including:

  • our warehousing teams in London and Birmingham are load balancing and we have increased parts and supplies to account for delayed shipments through UK ports.
  • the UK wide team of field engineers remain fully deployed. We will only physically attend site with your express permission. We are speaking to all colleagues daily to check health conditions and provide clear instructions to strictly follow customer site protocol.

Should we need to operate with a reduced workforce and extended response times, we have taken the decision to prioritise responses to NHS, Blue Light, distribution and other critical organisations supporting those who are most vulnerable. I am sure you will fully understand and support this decision.
