Aurora Managed Services acquire Right Digital Solutions

LONDON, 8th September 2025: Aurora Managed Services (‘Aurora’), today announce the acquisition of Right Digital Solutions, a leading workplace technology solutions provider. The two organisations will combine to create one of the UK’s largest independent providers of managed services for print and document workflow, telecoms and IT services.

Founded in 1988 by Chairman Paul Gillett, Right Digital Solutions (‘RDS’) has built a highly respected reputation as a provider of technology solutions that help organisations achieve transformation. With a portfolio that includes managed print, managed IT, managed communications and managed data insight, RDS is a key partner to many major organisations in the private and public sector.
