These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the Referral Scheme (“Scheme”) offered by [Right Digital Solutions Ltd] (“Company”). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.Eligibility:

– To be eligible for the Scheme, you must be an existing customer of the Company.

– You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom to participate

– The product or service must be fall into the falling criteria;

A service or software must be for a period of more than 24 months ( Minimum Period) and have a retail price of more than £1500 over the minimum period.

A Product must have a retail price of more than £2500.

2. Referral Process:

– To refer a friend, you must use the unique referral link provided by the Company.

– Your referred friend must make a purchase or engage in a service agreement with the Company for your referral to be considered successful.

– The referred friend must not be an existing customer or have an active account with the Company.

3. Reward:

– If your referral meets the criteria mentioned above, you receive a reward.

– The reward for successful referrals will consist of £25 worth of Amazon vouchers for a referral which results in a face2face demonstration or meeting between the referred and a representative of Right Digital Solutions.

– Vouchers may be subject to taxation, and it is your responsibility to report any taxable income to the relevant tax authorities.

4. Redeeming Vouchers:

– Vouchers will be issued electronically and sent to your registered email address.

– Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

– You may be required to provide additional information to redeem your vouchers.

5. Scheme Limits:

– There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

– The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

6. Data Protection (GDPR):

– By participating in the Scheme, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of administering the Scheme.

– The Company will handle your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Company’s website.

8. General Terms:

– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

– The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

– The Company’s decisions regarding the Scheme are final and binding.

By participating in the Scheme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Scheme.
