THE ROLE

Right Digital Solutions Limited has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team based in London.

As an account manager, you will play a a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our IT services across new and existing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their IT needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the solutions proposed meet the client’s requirements.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, with experience in identifying and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored IT solutions.

Key areas of expertise should include:

Cloud Services: Understanding and selling cloud-based solutions, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
Cyber security: Knowledge of security solutions to protect client data and IT infrastructure.
Networking: Expertise in network solutions, including design, implementation and management.
IT Support and Managed Services: Providing ongoing support and managed services to ensure client IT systems run smoothly.
Unified Communications: Broad telecommunications

Salary: (£40,000 to £55,000 basic) OTE Uncapped
