Dean Read was a very valued member of the service team. Tragically in 2016, at the young age of 26 he sadly passed away. To mark his memory and his tremendous contribution, Right Digital Solutions launched the Dean Read Service Excellence award. The award is given to an individual that embodies Dean's work ethic, dedicated to their job and always goes above and beyond to ensure clients and their collegues are satisfied.
We are delighted to announce that the recipient of the 2020 Dean Read award goes to Lisa-Anne Whitehouse.
Lisa- Anne started in early 2017 as part of our customer training team and has been an integral part of our customer service team ever since.
Lisa was nominated for this award as she has supported every department in the business through a tough 2020.
The amazing transformation made with Go Ahead Group account, comprising of 1,200 machines, was remarkable, no detail was to small for her to get into and put right.
Brian Stead would like to thank her for assisting with the massive fleet firmware fleet roll out that we under took last year to ensure everything was completely up to date.
Lisa-Anne is vital to the key account management team and the way she adapted and learned what she needed to support different departments was nothing short of exceptional.
Lisa-Anne constantly goes above and beyond on a daily basis by taking on duties totally out of scope for her own role and that is why she is a very worthy winner of the Dean Read Award.
